Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email returns@purebotanicang.com with your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Please do not send your purchase back without receiving confirmation from our support team.

💳 Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
  • We will send a replacement or process a full refund at no extra cost to you.

📬 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without it.

🧴 Subscription Orders

Subscription items follow the same return eligibility rules as standard orders. You may pause, cancel, or modify your subscription by logging into your account or contacting support@purebotanicang.com before your next billing cycle.
